I believe everyone has the capacity to live a meaningful life filled with connection. There may be times you encounter intense emotions, negative self-talk, body image concerns, or loud, intrusive thoughts. I’m here to offer support through the challenges that life throws your way. I invite you into a warm and non-judgmental space, where we can process your experiences while also building skills to manage them. Whether you're struggling with an eating disorder, body image concerns, obsessions and compulsions, perfectionism, or anxiety, we can work through them together to help you live a full and authentic life. I have worked with individuals, groups, and families in a variety of settings, including hospitals, treatment centers and private practice, and I treat each person and family with the specialized and individualized attention they deserve. I value a weight inclusive, gender affirming, and trauma informed approach. I practice using cognitive behavioral therapy, ERP, and relational approaches, while also incorporating skills from DBT, ACT, and other therapeutic modalities. I see kids (9+), teens, young adults, and adults. Whether you're starting or continuing your therapy experience, I invite you to a safe space where we can process and work on what is most important to you. You're welcome to reach out for a free 15 minute consultation to talk about how I can support you on your therapeutic journey.
